Rotate Thumbnails in Explorer doesn't work

Hi guys, when I right-click on a jpg in explorer with XL Icons view, I
have the option to rotate images left or right. The thing is, nothing
happens when I click those options.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get images to rotate in Explorer
without editing the image in a graphics app?
