Greetings,
The first thing to do is to check is to see if you're behind a non-UPnP NAT which will be the
cause of not being able to make direct connections. To do so, click the Tools menu (or Alt-T
if the menu is hidden), then Options, then Connection category and wait a few seconds for it
to display the information.
