RSAT for Vista x64 - is it managing W2K3?

I have a Vista desktop within a domain based on W2K3. However, the next step
is adding a W2K8 server into this domain.
I know that the Adminpak.msi from W2K3 (besides its issues from installing
on Vista) cannot manage a W2K8 server. My question is if the RSAT is going to
be able to manage a W2K3 (i.e. on MS site RSAT says only about managing W2K8).
If it is not, there is something I could do in order to be able to remotely
manage both W2K3 and W2K8 servers from the same workstation?
I don't know if it is relevant or not but W2K3 servers are 32 bits while
Vista and W2K8 are x64.

Thanks,
Adrian

Please use the server forums and newsgroups. This newsgroup is populated
mostly by Vista consumer users.

As fas as I know bitness is not the issue.
