Rules for Sent Msgs

Is there a way to set up a rule so that messages being sent are sent to
folder other than Sent folder? It appears that rules only apply to incoming
messages.

No, rules are automatically run on incoming messages only.

You can create a new rule and manually run it on existing messages in a
specific folder, using the Apply Now button.
Depending on what you want to do, this may work for your sent messages.

I was looking for something more automatic. Since posting my question, I've
come up with a "work-around" solution which is to bcc myself on sent messages
I want to go into a particular folder. Then I can create my rule and apply
it to received messages. Works great!
