Run As AD U&C question

Hello i'm working with vista and need your help, i'm already runs the
workaround in order to have access to the AD U&C but i need run this console
using the run as option however always i do that, the console just open with
no chance to give the credentials to access to this console.

Can somebody help me with the inforamtion i need to follow to correct this?
