'Run as administrator' Context Menu Item

This is a somewhat trivial matter but it's annoying the hell outta me

How can I amend the 'Run as administrator' context menu item to 'Run a
*A*dministrator'

All I want to do is capitalise the 'a' in administrator

Any advice gratefully received
