run as administrator/rights still not recognized

I am trying to install a USB flash drive on my Dell E520 running Windows
Vista. I am logged on as the administrator and also have clicked the "run as
administrator" option, but I still get a message from the U3 Launchpad
Installation saying that I "do not appear to have administrator rights at
this time". Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check the U3 support website for any known issues with
Vista.
