After a windows update awhile back my mouse that is in my notebook started
acting weird. When moving over a page it moves the page quickly in wrong
direction. VERY irratating when trying to complete a document. When I check
on drivers (was not sure if that was it but I looked anyway) all was said to
be up to date. Any suggestion on how to fix this issue. I have even looked
at the mouse speed but did not do anything. HELP
