The command ' most recently used' (MRU) is a part of the History list in IE.
When you clear History, you clear the run mru. You probably use one of the
settings to do that automatically. A Tweak utility, or the IE, Tools menu,
Options, Advanced tab checkbox (empty T.I.F...). Setting the History to one
day might do it also.
If it were some corruption problem in the History list, clearing the T.I.F.
files might help. (Tools menu, "Delete Browsing History")
