Run Messenger but don't show in the Taskbar

Runnin XP.
Just started using Messenger again after years of using the Trillian chat
client.
A feature on Trillian that I really liked isn't in the option on Messenger 9.

I want to run the application and have the icon show in the systray but not
have it show in the taskbar.
