Run As... problem

just wondering if anyone else gets this msg.. everytime i try to run a
program that i've been using since forever i get a msg screen say Run As...
and then it gives me 2 options.. Current User or The Following User ..
i've clicked on both and they both work... but how can i get rid of that
screen from popping up everytime i use a program... and oh yeah by the way
when i start my computer i also get an error with my bridge.dll how can i
fix this at the same time!!! any help would do.. thanx in advance!!!
