run: regsvr32 scrrun.dll error

At microsoft's suggestion to fix an update installation problem I ran the
above and got error: 0x00000485. What do I do? Thank you

I feel your pain ... the first time I got x8007005 error at that point after
*replacing the legitcontrol.dll folder that was already there ... so I
restored back and just added the legitcontrol.dll and got the same error.
