Run a task with Task scheduler, after idle...

Hi people I try to start a task after the computer is idling for let say 1
minutes.

so in the trigger tab I choose "on idle" and in the Conditions Tab I select

"start the task only if the computer is idle for 1min" + I select wait for
idle 1hour

but after 1min without touching my computer nothing happen (and yes of
course I put something in the action tab :P )

vista is almost NEVER really idle.. lol

its always doing something crunching around with its hundreds of services...

thrashing the disk...
