Run time error 00413e6c MSN Live

I have a new installation of Vista Home Premium. I installed MSN live and am
getting this runtime error which appears to cash occasional crashes on
startup. When I uninstall MSN no issues. When I finish re installing it I
can this error.

Ideas?
