Run time Error Message

I am trying to run a program called "One Touch Diabetes Management Software
v2.3" I am able to load the program on the computer, but when I attempt to
run the program I get the error message "Run-time error 70: Permission
Denied."

Can anyone help me resolve this issue.

Apparently it's a compatibility issue.

It states: "LifeScan is currently working on updates
