That error message is a very good sign.
It means that your anti-virus software is working, and removed the infected
files that that message refers to.
What it didn't do is remove the launcher reference in either the registry or
the Startup group, and that's why you see the message. You'll have to
remove that manually.
Open MSCONFIG and look on the Startup tab to locate the reference, then go
there and delete it.
Files with random names like that are a giveaway that your system was
infected. It may still be, and you should carefully examine it and your
habits.
