Hi Money Mike,
It's possible that the cab files were stored on your hard drive, perhaps in
C:\Windows\Options\Cabs or C:\Windows\Cabs folder. If so, then you could
point the extract tool to the appropriate folder where the cab files are
stored in order to replace the rundll32.exe file.
