Rundll32 pop up warning

I have reciently purchased a computer running Vista. Each time I access a
differnet internet page, or just open IE, I get to a pop up window that says
NAME: Windows Host Process (Rundll32)
Publisher: Microsoft Window

I am asked if I want to "Allow" or "Not Allow". It makes no differnece
which one I pick, computer and web site act the same. This is a little
annoying as I do not have this repeated problems on the other Vista machine I
have. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

Hi,

You likely have an addon/plugin that is trying to run with elevated
privileges. Close Internet Explorer, go to the Control Panel/Internet
Options and on the Programs tab click the button to manage addons. Disable
unrecognized plugins that are loading with IE, then restart Internet
Explorer. If it still occurs, start disabling those that you do know, but
are not essential (and actually, none of them are).
