rundll32 vista home premium

When opening the pc, every time, I get the error message that rundll32 has
stopped. After that all Office progams do not work (there is nothing
highlighted on their menu), no copy and paste works, no printing works
either. I do not remember what I did on the day that it all started but I can
send you the error report. Any help is most welcome! Well, somethings in the
report are in Greek but I believe this is no problem for you. As far as I can
understand the faulty thing is the nvapi.dll but what is this and why is it
causing all that trouble? How to solve the problem? Thanks in advance.-

nvapi.dll belongs to the NVIDIA driver software... Try reinstalling it.
