is it possible ?

Dont want it for anything else as connectiong for my
recording for my 360.
But since running 2 monitors with costum setup, and media
center only run full screen, the transition when turning it on
off is soo awfull, and its screws all personal presets and
preset icons around..

grrrrr..

I often run Media Center in a smaller window. Just use the middle button of
the three upper right buttons that show on any Windows Application, including
Media Center and resize to your needs.

You may need to allow this option if you haven't already, in Media Center
"SETTINGS" then "GENERAL" then "STARTUP AND WINDOWS BEHAVIOR" decheck the
check box that reads "WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER WINDOW ALWAYS ON TOP"
