Has anyone created a guide on how to get Win 3.1 or WFW 3.11 running in the
newest VPC on Win 7?

Thanks.

A workaround could be to install VPC 2007 SP1, install Windows 3.1,
uninstall VPC 20007, and import the vmc file to the new VPC program.

First I was pleased to see that the newest VPC program was available for
the Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, but after I discovered that
MS has disabled floppy drive support with the new VPC, I'm back to VPC
2007 SP1.

IMO it's cumbersome that it needs a workaround to install an OS that
requires a floppy BOOT diskette for installation.

Kind Regards
LDJ

If using a virtual floppy disk is the only problem, then this
install/reinstall
stuff is not needed:

Did you have a look at VMWare Player 3?
It certainly supports using floppies and it also has USB support,
which VPC2007 lacks. And it is free.
