Runtime error 429

I just downloaded 3D software from Broderbund. It is to help me design a
backyard shed. The download went well, the program runs fine, until the end
when I hit "finished", the Runtime error 429 comes up and says "activeX
component cannot create object". I would appreciate anyones help
understanding what this is telling me and if I can fix the problem without
much todo.
