Go to Windows update and see if you get offered .net framework updates,
if so download them and try again.
The author may also use Java (Same idea as .NET really) but I don't see
it on his website. The Java machine could show the same kind of error.
java.sun.com will have the latest, you can look in control panel
"Uninstall" to see what version you have, if you get offered a new Java
you should remove the older one, not so with .NET and you won't get Java
updates from Microsoft
