Runtime Error! - IE7

I am getting the following error message if I attempt to access any URL:

1. Make sure your computer is virus/malware-free:

2. If the machine is clean, try running IE in no add-ons mode:

Thank you very much for your response. I forgot that I had disabled auto
scan feature of the spyware software. I have just let it scan and it
found a bunch of trojan, etc.!! After cleaning them, the IE7 resumed
working.
