Hi,
It's not an OS error, it's an error from the game file. If it's not in their
knowledge base, then you should contact their support directly. My guess is
that it's not Vista compatible and is trying to run with elevated
privileges. Right click the file and select "run as administrator". If this
works, then it means the software vendor needs to rewrite the application to
run from virtualized directories as is required in Vista.
