It's one of the advertisements A number of things can cause this problem, from security
applications to pure errors in the code itself.
As a suggestion (I haven't had an opportunity to test this recently, so hopefully the control
they're using for the ads hasn't been modified) open up Internet Explorer, click the Tools
menu, then Internet Options, then go to the Advanced tab and click the 'Disable script
debugging (Other)' option. Hopefully they won't bother you again after that.
