did the smartphone software add printer drivers? Take a look in the
registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Print
Also look at the Print Spooler service in services.msc and see if there was
some smartphone dependency added.
