I am sure, I have seen the s/pdif some where. But not today when I need it.
How can I enable s/pdif in my vista ultimate, to use the digital sound
output? To use with my stereo?
The smart userguide, tells me to double click on the windows notification
bar??
I double click, and nothing happends !.
Someone who knows, please tell me what to do.
My analog output doesn´t work correctely, so I want to change to my digital
output.

Thanks in advance: Jan

Right click on the Speaker icon in the Notification Area of the Taskbar, select
Playback Devices, highlight SPDIF and set as Default, use the Properties button
to configure.

If you have a Creative card, you also have to go to the Speakers Properties and
on the Custom tab check Enable Digital IO

Try right clicking on an empty area of the Playback Devices window and checking
both "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices".

You're welcome.

Wouldn't it be nice if all problems were only a right click away!
