Safe to delete temporary log files created by MSN & MSN Messenger

In my Windows XP Pro SP2 system I see an increasing number of Msn and MsnM
log files in the C:\Windows\Internet Logs folder.

I am using
Msn Premium version 9.10.0011.1703
Msn_Messenger version 7.0 (Build 7.0.0813)
My system is creating a huge number of files related to MSN and/or MSN
Messenger
The files are of the type:

Msnmsgr_2nd_2005_07_19_09_44.dmp
and
Msn_2nd_2005_07_19_09_44.21.dmp.zip

These files take up eventually so much disk space that they impede disk
defragmentation,
and then I delete the oldest ones.
What are they for? Is it safe to delete all except those in use?

Greetings,

These are from ZoneAlarm not Messenger or MSN. I'm not a big ZA user so I can't be more
specific on what exactly these are.

Zone Alarm Forum response is that these logs are needed until a system is
rebooted. Therefore if user has very long uptimes there will be a lot of
them. Meantime between reboots on my system is 3 days which possibly
explains the growth of the ZA logs. Why ZA does this for MSN and MSN
Messenger and not IE is not explained.
