Safe frag.exe error after installation

I upgraded to Vista premium from a preinstalled version of XP Home. I have
installed vista twice now, and both times I get the sme error from the first
time windows starts up.

1st error that comes up:

SheGetDirW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.DLL

immediatly followed by

Safe Frag.exe has caused a problem.

windows searches for a solution, then says it will close the program, and
notify when a solution becomes avalible.

I am running Pentium 4, 2.8Ghz
1Gb Ram
256Mb Nvidia graphics card (updated)

Any help/ideas of what is causing these errors, or how to resolve them would
be greatly recieved

I just did a Google on "Safe Frag.exe" and "frag.exe".
It indicates some type of infection, spyware infection.
I didn't look at anything in-depth, so you need to do
some searching.

Perhaps, related to this.
