Safe List of Programs to Uninstall - HELP!

My Sony Vaio laptop (TXN25N/B)running Vista Business is so bloated with
programs. I am trying to uninstall those that I think are safe to do so, but
am wondering if someone has a list of safe programs to delete. The ones that
most worry me are ones that start with Vaio and Microsoft.

Best to make a list of what you have on your computer and then Google
each item to see whether you need to keep it or not.
