safe sender *******s

Hi

When I get mail from people I know I click "Allow sender" but it doesn't
remember and prompts to "allow sender" each time I get mail from them.
I've checked the safe sender list and they are there, but still no joy. It's
just
an annoyance but is there some way of fixing this?

Without more information, I can't say. However, I believe for certain
accounts (Hotmail) if the sender is using a service without SPF records, you
will encounter the problem you describe. There is nothing you can do, other
than tell your correspondents to use an email service with an SPF record.
