When you Test Mode are you referring to Safe Mode? No problems, just that
your experience on Windows is gonna be extremly unproductive. If you have
devices you need to use with Windows, they won't work since Safe Mode
disables all device driver services in Safe Mode. Normal Mode in Vista is
extremely secure already, so my recommendation would be not to bother with
Safe Mode at all since its mainly for diagnostics purposes only.

Thank you for your reply

I don't know if it is safe mode. It says "test mode" in all four
corners of the screen. All my programs and such seem to run fine.

From what I have read previously, people mention being in test mode is
to bypass the driver issues with 64x. But I haven't seen any real
mentions to keeping it in that mode.

thanks,

Yoche

Ahh, I see, just Googled, yes, its a to by driver signing, I would assume
its ok, but you will lack "the driver signing" functionality and in some
cases this could compromise the stability of the system over time since not
everyone is writing perfect drivers for Vista x64 in particular anyway.
