Salely Remove Hardware 3 Item's??

i have 3 items n the safley remove tray at the bottom right of screen and the
only xtra item that is hooked up is a printer dell926 comp inspiron 531 vista
prem,ok 1st item (USB Mass storrage device-SCSI Disk Device-TSST corp scsi
DVD CD\rom) do i remove them..my computer is starting to go south its a new
computer and new Operator--computer stop between clicks and as i type it
drops letter or replace's them with something like i type a E and end's up a
H ?? heck i have bought
Error Smart--Antispyware and now i have things quarantined dont know what to
do with most low stuff--but when i bought i was buying virus protection but
i dont see any kind of protection like that dang i sure hope you all will
help me
