Same annoying problem. Can't believe MS won't post an auto-fix. Tried the wedsite for help as suggested;

But....I can't seem to delete the msxml4.dll file in System 32.....it says "cannot delete msxml4.dll file...access denied"

Help...

Make sure you are logged in as the administrator any time you get an "access denied" message.
