SAME SECURITY UPDATE FOR 8 MONTHS!

Since February I have been downloading a security update almost every time I
go on line. Today I noticed that it bears the same reference number and is
the same size every time. (823559) Is it the same update? It installs
sucessfully each time! Urk!

Same security update (823559) for 2 years every time I go on line. How can I
stop it ?
