Same update every day?

I'm having issues with automatic update. I'm running Windows ME. Every
morning, automatic update downloads update KB828026 for Media Player. I've
gone to the update site and tried to install it that way as well, but it's
still doing this update on a daily basis. Is there any way to fix this?
