Same update keeps coming down

For the last 2 weeks Automatic Update has been sending the Malicious Software
Removal Tool for october. After installing, it downloads it again. Never
happened before. It's annoying.

This didn't help. Downloaded it manually from update website & installed. One
minute later it downloaded it again.

Anything in Windowsupdate.log related to this?

Check Windowsupdate.log (%windir%\Windowsupdate.log) for errors associated
with the download/install.
