same update notification daily

Hello,

I have a user that keeps getting the same notification every morning to
install the worm protection update (my doom) and I have even manually
installed it and he is still getting the new updates ready to install
notification every morning. He even set it to auto install and it is still
notifying every day. I looked under scheduled tasks and critical update is
not in there. Windows 2000 pro sp4 all other updates have been done except
journal viewer which has conflict with adobe acrobat reader. TIA!!!!!
