Same Update notification everyday?

I received an update notification about a week ago, No. 823559, installed
it, but the same notification keeps coming up everyday. I installed it
twice before I realized it was the same one. The history lists it as having
been installed.
I hit remove the last 2 times, but that didn't stop it from coming back.

Prior updates, when they were installed, didn't ever appear again. What's
happening now?
