same update over and over

i checked history ive now downloaded critical update for windows media player
script commands(KB828026)5 times and its still there and wanting me to update
it
yet it has installed correctly every time

I've got the same problem,but microsoft customer service says i have to go to
the technical support of microsoft.They are crazy,because i believe it is a
software-error
But sofar the mediaplayer works and hope they will see their own mistake
