"Sample" anyone????

When i re-boot my desktop doesn't fully load. I get an hour glass over my
start bar and can't open anything. If i re-boot i get an error that the
program Sample can't close. I've searched high and low for Sample. even
ad-aware and anti virus programs don't list it. Please Some one HELP!!!!!!

Launch System Restore and select a Restore Point
that was created just prior to your issue.

Use System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur

Did you try the remedy posted as a reply to this thread by Carey Frisch on
May 18th?
