Samsung 940B driver updates

I am running 2 x 940B monitors under Windows XP. Photoshop CS2 says the
monitor profile is bad. I can't find an update at Samsung.
When I try to run Camtasia Studio (a screen capture program), the computer
immediately restarts. Windows update tries to install an update, but lists
the following message:
Installation Failure
Error Code: 0x80070103

Does this scenario ring a bell for anyone?
I'd appreciate some assistance. I'm at the end of my wick.

Tries to install *which* update?

The code may indicate that the update is corrupt,
in which case doing a manual install might be better.

However, many people will suggest you just take the notification of driver
updates as a suggestion to go to the manufacturer's site and see if there
is a better driver there that you think you might need instead. Often
"validated" drivers available via AU are based on much older versions
