Sandisk Sansa M250

I have a Sansa M250 and when I try to run in on my new laptop that has vista
it doesn't recognize it, any ideas?

The Sandisk software is incompatible with Vista. I heard they were working
on a patch but it's not ready yet.

I have used a Sansa e260 and e280 for almost a year and it worked, until now.
All of a sudden, nothing happens when I plug in either of my sansa's. It is
not the cord or the USB port, since none of my cords or ports work for my
sansa's but do work for other devices and my sansa's and cords work fine in
my other computer. Help if anyone has been able to fix the problem of having
use, and then not having use.

A couple of hours ago I plugged in Sandisk 4Gb Cruzer Micro (made in China)
and copied about 800 Mgb of files.

Perhaps yours is not made in China? Perhaps this is the problem
