Sansa E200r

I have a Sansa E200r from Best Buy and it came with a disk to load Rhapsody
information, media convertor software and two months free digital library.
The disk will not work in a Vista computer but works on a XP computer, which
tells me the disk is not compatiable with Vista. Is there a fix for this? It
sounds like a Vista problem.
