"Save As" amd "Open" Not Responding

Please Help ME!!!!!!

Everytime i go to Save a file or Open a file my explorer freezes and " NOT
RESPONDING" comes up. it doesnt matter what program i use. It happens in
photoshop,word,exel, even paint. Im really trying to be patient but im close
to losing my cool.

ANYONE HELP PLEASE
