Judging by the PC Magazine article it looks like a very flexible desktop
manager. But do you use it with Vista?
Pcmag only lists these platforms: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME,
Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Windows XP (not SP2), so I suspect it might not
work with the Vista desktop, since it is pretty different from in the
previous Windows versions
