Saving e-mail attachment to USB memory stick

I have Win.7 64 bit and WLM 2009.

I successfully copied an e-mail attachment to an USB Local Disk (J) via My
Documents using 'Send'. I had expected to be able to do this direct, but
there was no sight of my Local Disk (J) in the options. However, it was
there if I right clicked, but then all of My Documents contents would have
been sent. Would someone kindly walk me through this, if there is a simple
and proper way to do it?

I have sorted that and now I feel silly because it was so simple. I am
getting to like WLM even more.
