says that i need to be system administrator,and i am

I need help everytime i go to windows update i get a little popup message
saying "your current security settings prohibit running active X controls on
this page"
and then it goes on and comes up with a screen that says i need to be logged
in as system administrator, and im already logged in.......... can some1
plz help me

You receive a "Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page"
message when you try to use Windows Update
