SBS 2003, ESXi, Fax over USB to Ethernet device

I'm curious to know if anyone running SBS 2003 on ESXi (or any other
hypvevisor) has successfully setup the SBS fax features using a fax
modem with an USB to Ethernet device such as the:

Lantronix UBox 2100/4100
Digi AnywhereUSB
Keyspan USB Device Server

Or any other suggestions about how to get fax services working on an SBS
2003 on ESXi setup are greatly appreciated.

I've used FabulaTech's Network Serial Port Kit, and I've also used Eltima's
Serial to Ethernet. Both worked fine, though I don't have a big FAX
requirement here. I do use FabulaTech's USB over Ethernet for my SBS backup
solution. (My environment is Hyper-V, not ESXi, but the requirements should
be the same.)
